EAST MEETS WEST: We are partnering for a limited period with Nid's Kitchen, for now all the orders will be through their website.
Typical Mexican dish made with shredded meat (chicken, beef or pork), a sauce made of tomatoes, onions, garlic and a variety of peppers.
Originally from the state of Puebla, it is always consumed as a garnish for other dishes or as stuffing. Puebla's gastronomy is one of the most representative of the Mexican Republic, as a result of the miscegenation that resulted from the Conquest of Mexico.
